Mesa Arch - WOW!

Pre-Dawn.... Black enough to not see the path leading to Mesa Arch. I followed very closely behind MJ and Travis who were more likely able to see in the dark. After about 10 minutes we came over the ridge and saw in the early dawn the silhouette of the arch along with the silhouette of about ten photographers, each with their own tripod (that would be twenty human legs and and thirty tripod legs) all pressed together within a 15-20 to feet area.

At first I was disappointed, and then the sun began to rise and I just stood there and enjoyed the scene before me. It was so wonderful. Then I realized that I needed to take a few photographs....

What a GREAT morning!
